This depends on the ordered product. On average, expect a 7 to 12-day timeframe (working days) for processing, preparation, sending and delivery of your order 🚀

Looks like you’ve fallen victim of a lousy delivery person, and we’re sorry to hear that...😔

But don’t worry, we’ll send you a brand new parcel!

Want to return a product (not satisfied, the product is flawed or damaged)? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back 😊

We’ll send you a free return slip that you’ll need to stick onto your parcel 📦

To receive your return slip, all you need to do is contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.co.uk within 14 days from receipt of your order.

Once the article has been received on our end and once compliance screening has been performed, we’ll proceed with the refund (the product must be unused and still be in its original packaging).

Order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with its tracking number.

You’ll then be able to track your order on our dedicated page: Track your order

For any changes to your order (delivery address, products…) please contact us by email at contact@maison-scarlett.co.uk

You can use your coupon while you order, when you’re about to pay.
Enter the code in the appropriate box and click on ‘Confirm’. The discount will automatically be applied to your basket. If it doesn’t work, please contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.co.uk

Once payment has gone through, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a recap of your order. Make sure you check your spam for a confirmation email.

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipping has taken place, you’ll need to first receive it and then return it to us if you want a refund.

If your order contains more than one product, you may receive the products in different parcels. This will depend on the available stock and on our sending warehouses. Rest assured, your parcel is on its way 😊

If you’ve chosen standard delivery:

If your order has been sent and if you have access to the tracking number, please contact the delivery company directly.

If you’ve chosen secured delivery:

This means your order is guaranteed against loss and damage. We’ll take care of handling complaints in your name, and we’ll send you a new parcel without any added cost. Please contact us at contact@maison-scarlett.co.uk
